The Club meets approximately fortnightly, from September to April, on Saturday evenings at 7.30pm. The venue is Adel Methodist Church Hall (see MAP ) where we have our own Steinway piano.

Programmes are made up of pieces offered by members. We usually have a mixture of solo and ensemble items for voices and instruments (see PROGRAMMES). Solo performers are required to take an audition but there are places for non-performers who help increase the audience.

On certain evenings members join together in order to perform choral and/or orchestral items.

There is a wide range of ages, and students have been particularly encouraged over the eighty years of the Club's life. Many have performed here and then proceeded to full time musical education and careers (see HISTORY).

The aim of the Club is to provide a platform for performers within a friendly and appreciative atmosphere.
